<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a motor for conveyance gets large (cost-up) because of speed-up in a conveying speed in accompaniment to productivity-up, in a high-speed image forming device. <P>SOLUTION: A paper space for alternate intersheet joining is made minus (overlapped) to be joined in a double-sided image forming device, so as to enhance productivity without increasing the conveying speed. Cost-down and size reduction of the motor are expected thereby. Existing constitution is used as to sheet separation, without preparing a new constitution, and the sheet separation is carried out using a clutch or driving and stopping of a stepping motor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
