<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-mold label which has excellent adhesion without floating or peeling of the label in in-mold labeling formation by means of blow- molding to enable large reduction in a molding cycle and high productivity, and to provide a container with a label employing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The in-mold label for the container with a label made of a polyethylene-based resin molded in in-mold labeling formation by means of blow-molding comprises at least a base material film layer and an adhesive layer laminated each other.
