PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To functionally, economically, and highly workably line an inner wall surface of a concrete storage tank with an assembly of a film body and a steel plate. SOLUTION: This concrete storage tank is formed by installing a roof inside film body adapted to a dome shape, a side wall inside film body adapted to a cylindrical shape, and a weldbonded bottom wall inside steel plate. The lower edge of the roof inside film body is fixed to an upper fixing part provided in the side wall inside surface in the upper part of the highest liquid surface of storage liquid, the upper edge of the side wall inside film body is stacked on the lower edge of the roof inside film body and fixed and suspended to the upper fixing part, the lower part of the side wall inside film body is extended along a corner part, the bottom wall inside steel plate is fixed to the bottom fixing part for preventing welding heat strain, individual sheets are welded together, and the lower edge of the side wall inside film body is fixed to the bottom fixing part.
