PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hole-injecting and transporting material compound capable of preparing an organic EL element drivable at a low voltage and to provide an organic EL element using the compound. SOLUTION: A new oligoamine derivative has≥5 nitrogen atoms in the molecule and has a plurality of connecting group structures involved in a positive hole transfer and a plurality of connecting group structures reducing an ionization potential in the molecule.
