PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design a vehicular swing arm to have thin wall thickness while keeping stiffness, and to reduce the weight of the vehicular swing arm while keeping sufficient stiffness. SOLUTION: Right and left cylindrical portions 62, 63 are extended from a main body portion 61 (a cross pipe portion), and vehicular body journaling portions 64, 65 are provided at front ends of these cylindrical portions 63, 62, thereby forming a generally C-shaped cross member 51. The vehicular swing arm is made by welding front portions of right and left pipes 53, 52 to pipe installing ports 67, 66 provided at rear right and left corners of the cross member 51. When vehicular body center side surfaces of the right and left pipes 53, 52 are made to be inner surfaces, right and left standing wall portions 72, 71 are provided in the cross member 51, at a part along an extending surface extended from these inner surfaces.
