PURPOSE: Provided are solubilized aceclofenac, a soft capsule using the same and manufacturing method thereof. CONSTITUTION: A soft capsule containing aceclofenac is characterized by filling a gelatin soft capsule with an aceclofenac liquid phase composition manufactured by mixing and solubilizing 1-30 parts by weight of aceclofenac, 10-90 parts by weight of polyethyleneglycols, 1-70 parts by weight of ethanolamines, 1-70 parts by weight of basic amino acids, 1-40 parts by weight of twin, 2-15 parts by weight of glycerine.
