SUBSTANCE: voltage changer incorporates provision for almost optimal control of change-over transistor from standpoint of reducing energy loss during change-over operations by narrowing pulses of control pulse train in case of increase in current flowing in this transistor, and vice versa, for which purpose this current is accurately measured and converted into pulse train of desired characteristics.
