FIELD: oil and gas producing industry. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for use at lifting of fluids from oil and gas wells. Proposed device contains split housing in forms of assembled anvil block with rod and support part. Slips are installed between intermediate ring and ring of upper part of rod, being movably connected by locking devices with support part of anvil block, intermediate ring and ring of upper part for resting of slips. Intermediate ring and ring of upper part form longitudinal and cross sealing surfaces. Elastic flat members in form of springs are installed between slips and rod of anvil block. Convex part of springs is pointed to rod, and two legs rest on slips. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 3 cl, 3 dwg
