PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible packaging bag which is excellent in physical properties such as strength, in particular, in barrier property to prevent permeation of gaseous oxygen, steam, etc., and in light shading property, has filling and packaging suitability and preserving suitability of the content, and is excellent in disposability and environmental suitability. SOLUTION: The flexible packaging bag is formed of a laminate in which at least three layers of a base material of barrier property having a vapor deposition film of inorganic oxide and a coating film of gas barrier property on one side of a base film, a layer of light shading property, and a heat-sealable resin layer, at least four layers of a base material of barrier property having a vapor deposition film of inorganic oxide and a coating film of gas barrier property on one side of a base film, a layer of light shading property, an intermediate base material, and a heat-sealable resin layer, or at least four layers of a surface base film, a layer of light shading property, a base material of barrier property having a vapor deposition film of inorganic oxide and a coating film of gas barrier property on one side of a base film, and a heat-sealable resin layer are successively stacked.
