PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb dimensional dispersion and attaching dispersion in a mating side component to attach a cover sheet surely, in a locking structure for the cover sheet for locking a locking holder provided in a pulling-out end edge of the cover sheet to the mating side component to be attached. SOLUTION: The locking holder 50 is slidably attached to a shaft 41 provided in the pulling-out end edge of the front side cover sheet 40, and the dispersion of a head rest stay 1b is surely absorbed to be attached surely, by slide- regulating the locking holder 50 vehicle-width-directionally to change an attaching position freely. A holder part 63 is attached turnably to a base 61 for attaching the locking holder 60 to the shaft 41 by a journal pin 64, to cope with the vehicle-width-directional dimensional dispersion and attaching dispersion, or torsion of the head rest stay 1b.
