PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a lid for covering an ice freezing pan to make the pan filled with water carried easily, to facilitate a removing work for the lid, and to prevent a side slip in stacking. SOLUTION: In this ice-freezing pan, a peripheral edge part 4 is provided over the whole circumference of an ice-freezing pan main body 1, a recessed face part 7 is formed in an end edge part 5' of the lid 5 to be fitted with the tip of a finger with respect to the end edge parts in both sides of the ice- freezing pan main body, engaging parts 6 engaged elastically with the end edge parts of the ice-freezing pan main body are provided in four corners of the peripheral edge part, and a recess 8 engaged with a reverse face of the ice freezing pan in the next stage is provided on an upper face.
