PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation structure of a kitchen for turning an air stream for indoor ventilation into a laminar flow. SOLUTION: In this ventilation structure of the kitchen, a blow-out port 5 provided at a ceiling 4 of the kitchen 1 is connected with an air supply fan 8 through dampers 6, 7, and an exhaust hood 9 provided at the ceiling 4 of the kitchen 1 and an inlet port 13 provided on a side wall 14 of a drain side ditch 3 on a floor 2 surface are connected with an exhaust fan 11 through a damper 12, respectively.
