PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-vibration device having high anti-vibration performance to prevent rolling vibration component having mixed vertical vibration and lateral vibration from occurring in a member requiring the anti-vibration. SOLUTION: A magnetic levitated circuit part 22 having a magnetic repulsion and a compression spring 27 having a spring component are disposed in series. The lateral vibration is damped by a diving effect of the compression spring 27, a clearance formed by magnetic levitation by the magnetic repulsion of the magnetic circuit part 22 absorbs the vertical vibration, and the magnetic circuit part 22 and the compression spring 27 absorb the vertical vibration and lateral vibration, respectively.
