PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive machine element with reduced noise. SOLUTION: A linear motion guide bearing device is provided with a guide rail 1 having a rolling groove 10 of a rolling body, a slider 2 having a rolling groove 11 of the rolling body opposing to the rolling groove 10 of the rolling body, and the rolling body 3 arranged in a rolling body rolling passage 14 formed by both rolling grooves 10, 11 of the rolling body so as to roll freely. The slider 2 moves relatively in the axial direction along the guide rail 1 through rolling of the rolling body 3. The rolling groove 10 of the rolling body of the guide rail 1 is formed by rolling and finish by grinding is not applied. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
