PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating Tatami mat which can be easily installed in a desired position by simplifying wiring work between a plurality of the heating Tatami mats. SOLUTION: A heat exchanger plate 5 is joined to one surface 4 of a planar heating element 3 generating heat by energization, and a heat insulating plate 8 is joined to another surface 6 of the planar heating element 3. Recessed grooves 7a, 7b, 7c and 7d extending in directions of diagonal lines m1 and m2 are formed on the heating insulating plate 8, and a synthetic resin Tatami mat panel 11 is joined to a surface 10 in an opposite side of the heat exchanger plate 5. Input feeder lines 16 with one ends electrically connected to the planar heating element 3 at an intersection 13 of the diagonal lines m1 and m2 and its neighborhood area and other ends protruding from circumferential rim openings 15a-15d of the heating insulating plate 8, and output feeder lines 19 housed in the recessed grooves 7a-7d with one ends electrically connected to the planar heating element 3 at the intersection 13 of the diagonal lines m1 and m2 and its neighborhood area and other ends protruding from the circumferential rim openings 15a-15d of the heat insulating plate 8 are selectively housed in the recessed grooves 7a-7d in response to a connecting direction.
