HIGH TENACITY AND NON-RETRACTION GROUT MATERIAL COMPOSITION CONTAINING POWDERED WASTE TIRE AND POWDERED RESIN

PURPOSE: A non-retraction grout material composition is provided, to obtain a grout material having high fluidity, no contraction, high strength, high tenacity and a high durability by employing a powdered waste tire and a powdered resin. CONSTITUTION: The non-retraction grout material composition contains 1-3 wt% of a powdered waste tire; and 0.5-2.0 wt% of a powdered resin. Preferably the non-retraction grout material composition comprises 35-40 wt% of common Portland cement; 3.5-5.2 wt% of a swelling agent; 5-10 wt% of fly ash; 40-55 wt% of sand; 1-3 wt% of a powdered waste tire; 0.5-2.0 wt% of a powdered resin; 0.3-0.8 wt% of a superplasticizer; and 0.05-0.2 wt% of an antifoaming agent. Preferably the swelling agent is calcium sulfur aluminate-based one; and the sand has a particle size of 2.5 mm or less.
