PURPOSE: An air sterilization device is provided to mount a cylindrical reflecting plate on a position spaced at a predetermined distance from the outer peripheral surface of an ultraviolet radiation lamp and make an air introduced from the outside flow through a space between the ultraviolet radiation lamp and the reflecting plate. CONSTITUTION: The device includes a can-type chamber(10) which has an inlet duct(13) and an outlet duct(14) formed extended on one end and the other end and a bar type ultraviolet radiation lamp(20) which is longitudinally arranged inside the chamber(10) and emits ultraviolet rays. A cylindrical reflecting plate(30) with a silver coating(33) on an outer portion of a cylindrical glass tube(31) is disposed at a position spaced at a predetermined distance from the outer peripheral surface of the ultraviolet radiation lamp(20). An air inlet port(11) and an air outlet port(12) are formed between the ultraviolet radiation lamp(20) and the reflecting plate(30) on one end and the other end of the front surface of the chamber(10). The space between the ultraviolet radiation lamp(20) and the reflecting plate(30) forms an air sterilization path(21).
