摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium manganese composite oxide powder which is excellent in a preservation property, with little gas generation accompanying to the charge and discharge of electricity, and excellent in cyclic charge and discharge characteristics, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The constitution of the lithium manganese composite oxide powder is expressed by general formula: Li<SB>1+a</SB>M<SB>b</SB>Mn<SB>2-a-b</SB>X<SB>c</SB>B<SB>d</SB>S<SB>e</SB>O<SB>4+f</SB>.
