<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sensitive recording medium which is of such an asymmetrical layer structure that laminated heat-sensitive recording sheets each consisting of a base material whose one side does not permit thermal fusion-bonding or is difficult to permit thermal fusion-bonding and that the warpage is insignificant and a sheet to be thermally fusion-bonded can be laminated on the side to which the heat-sensitive recording sheet is not laminated, through thermal fusion-bonding. <P>SOLUTION: The heat-sensitive recording medium is characterized in that the following conditions (1) to (3) can be satisfied. (1) The heat-sensitive recording medium has at least a core sheet, an anti-warpage sheet and a second overlay sheet laminated on the base material of the sheet. (2) The heat-sensitive recording sheet has an area equal to 50% or higher of the heat-sensitive recording medium.
