<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic green sheet in which the occurrence of cracks and chips is extremely reduced in transfer to a working stage of a ceramic green sheet or in treatment on the working, and to provide a production method by which the production of a ceramic green sheet can extremely efficiently be performed while reducing drying time in the production process and preventing the occurrence of cracks even on rapid drying. <P>SOLUTION: The ceramic green sheet is obtained by laminating with films at a specified peeling strength on both surfaces of a ceramic green sheet consisting of ceramic powder, a solvent and additives such as a binder and a sintering aid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
