PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount a cylinder lock to a rail part in a cabinet and the like without using any screw or the like. SOLUTION: Inside an internal space of the rail part 4 formed in the front end part of a casing body 4 in the cabinet and the like and shaped into a U- shape in the cross section in a lateral view, a holding apparatus 2 holding the cylinder lock 1 immovably backward is housed while restricted from moving to the lateral side and protruded backward by a predetermined dimension from a backward piece 6b in the lower part of the rail part 4. Between the rear end of the holding apparatus 2 and a suspension piece 10a in a mounting piece (mounting member) 10 arranged inside the casing body 4 to face the rear end of the holding apparatus 2, a fixing apparatus 3 having an upward piece 19 in the rear end part is inserted and clamped from the lower side, and when engagement holes (engagement means) 12 and 21 arranged on the opposed faces between the upward piece 19 in the fixing apparatus 3 and the suspension piece 10a are engaged to each other, the fixing apparatus 3 is prevented from moving downward, and the holding apparatus 2 is held in the rail part 6 while prevented from moving backward.
