摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long size deposit strengthened copper alloy trolley wire having electric conductivity uniform in the lengthwise direction, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of the deposit strengthened copper alloy trolley wire has at least (A) a solution treating process, (B) a cold working process, and (C) an aging heat treatment process, and is characterized in that (C) the aging heat treatment process has a temperature rise process 1 of a temperature rise speed of 30 to 100°C/hour, and the (C) process also has desirably a cooling process 2 of a cooling speed of 30 to 100°C/hour.
