PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To block a gap formed on a carrier through which a cooling air bypasses with a simple means. SOLUTION: Shield plates 31 and 41 are provided at an inter-cooler 30 and an air cleaner 40, which are vehicle front-end parts. By this, a gap between adjacent parts can be shielded easily and surely, and capacity of heat exchangers of a radiator 20, and the inter-cooler 30, etc., can be fully utilized. As the shield plates 31 and 41 are integrated to the inter-cooler 30 and the air cleaner 40, which are the vehicle front-end parts, assembling of the shield plates 31 and 41 is finished with assembling of the inter-cooler 30 and the air cleaner 40 to the carrier 10, and the number of assembling processes can be reduced compared to the case where separate shield plates 31 and 41 are assembled to the carrier 10.
