PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet having good tablet-taking feeling, excellent tableting properties, excellent abrasion resistance and excellent mechanical strength. SOLUTION: The tablet is produced by adding (3) 1-50 wt.% tableting improver having a water content not less than the equilibrium moisture content at 25°C in 12% humidity based on the following mixture and≤100μm average particle diameter, to the powdery or granular mixture comprising (1) an effective amount of a pharmacologically active substance and (2)≥50 wt.% water-soluble vehicle, and tableting the obtained mixture.
