PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an operability and make easier to observe a display part by increasing the sizes of an operating part and the display part. SOLUTION: A CD player 1 comprises an equipment body 2, a blind panel 3 shielding the front panel 2a side of the equipment body 2, the operating part 4 operating the equipment body 2, the display part 5 displaying the details of operations, a blind panel movement operating mechanism 6 for moving the blind panel 3 between a shielding position for shielding the front panel 2a side of the blind panel 3 and a position for exposing the front panel side and allowed to use the operating part 4. The operating part 4 is disposed on the blind panel 3 at the shielding position so as to oppose the front panel 2a of the equipment body 2.
