PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent crack failure of an elastic seat used in a valve part caused by deformation by circulation of high-pressure gas, in a solenoid valve used, in particular, to control the circulation of high-pressure gas. SOLUTION: A valve element 9 made of a non-elastic material is formed into the dome-shape, a seat face 11 opposite to the valve element 9 is formed in such manner that a non-elastic material seat face 11c is located at a side of a small radius from a shaft center X-X of the valve element 9, and an elastic material seat face 11d is located at a side of a large radius from the shaft center X-X of the valve element 9. The non-elastic material seat face 11c is inclined to a valve element side with respect to a line X<SB>1</SB>orthogonal to the shaft center X-X of the valve element 9 by a predetermined angleθ<SB>1</SB>. The elastic material seat face 11 is inclined by an angleθ<SB>2</SB>larger than the angleθ<SB>1</SB>of the non-elastic material seat face 1c. The elastic material seat face 11d at a boundary part 17 of the elastic material seat face 11d and the non-elastic material seat face 11c is determined to be flush with the non-elastic material seat face 11c or lower than the non-elastic material seat face 11c.
