PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon fiber reinforced resin composition having an excellent electroconductivity and mechanical properties as well, a molding material and its molded article. SOLUTION: The carbon fiber reinforced resin composition contains at least a multi-layered carbon nanotude, a carbon fiber and a resin, in which a multi- layered carbon nanotube having a 2-5 layered structure, a carbon nanotube having 2% or more of an acid content relative to carbon on the outer surface or a hydrophilic carbon nanotube is used as the multi-layered carbon nanotube.
