PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proteinaceous polymer composition having flexibility and pliability, and a molded article using the composition. SOLUTION: The proteinaceous polymer composition is obtained by adding (A) a protein material capable of being rendered aqueous in water which is, if necessary, adjusted to have an appropriate pH range to prepare a solution or dispersion of the protein material, and mixing the solution or dispersion of the protein material with (B) a specific aqueous polyurethane resin. The protein material (A) capable of being rendered aqueous is obtained from at least one protein as the raw material to be selected from a soybean protein, an egg white protein, gelatin, casein, a whey protein, a wheat gluten, and their decomposed products of peptides.
