PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain resin compositions whose charged voltage dispersing half- times are short and which have the excellent balance between electrical conductivity and static charge dispersing efficiency, and in addition, to provide parts for electric and electronic devices which can decrease the influence of static charge on delicate electric and electronic controlling devices. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin compositions comprise 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic resin (I) composed of 60-99 wt.% rubber-reinforced styrenic resin (A) and 1-40 wt.% polyamide elastomer (B), and 2-25 pts.wt. carbon fiber (II). The resins are characterized by satisfying below formula (1), wherein the mixing quantity (pts.wt.) of the carbon fiber (II) is denoted as P, the mixing quantity (pts.wt.) of the polyamide elastomer is denoted as Q, and the weight averaged fiber length of the carbon fiber is denoted as R (mm) P≥-0.6×Q +8.0-(0.8×log<SB>e</SB>R+1.4): formula (1) and in that charge voltage measured by a static honest meter is 600 V or less.
