PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyol composition to give the insulating polyurethane resin composition which has a thixotropic property and can obtain an insulating cured product of light weight and not brittle. SOLUTION: The polyol composition containing 100 pts.wt. of a polyol component and 0.1-10 pts.wt. of a powdery material is characterized in that the above polyol component contains therein 90-99.9 wt.% of a polyol having a oxygen content of 20 wt.% or less and also therein 0.1-10 wt.% of a polyol having an oxygen content of 30 wt.% or more and the above powdery material has a specific surface area of 50 m2/g or more.
