PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which is suitably employed for manufacturing a sheet tough even when used in a single layer, exhibiting extensibility and flexibility, and excellent in molding processability, whether resistance and chemical resistance and is excellent also in pigment dispersibility, a sheet which is tough even when composed of a single layer, exhibits extensibility and flexibility, is excellent in molding processability, whether resistance and chemical resistance and is used for various kinds of decoration, display and packing, and a method for manufacturing the sheet. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises a vinyl polymer (A) which has in the side chain at least one kind of structure selected among polyether, polyester, polycarbonate and polybutadiene and bearing functional groups reactive with isocyanate groups and bears ultraviolet ray-absorbing groups, and a polyisocyanate compound (B) bearing at least two isocyanate groups. The sheet is composed of the cured product of the resin composition. The method for manufacturing the sheet comprises applying and curing the resin composition. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
