PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new chemiluminescent polyphenol dendrimer having a hydroxyl group capable of forming a hydrogen bond with a measuring object at a terminal part, and utilizable as a high-sensitive chemiluminescent reagent. SOLUTION: The chemiluminescent polyphenol dendrimer has a core part, a branched part and the terminal parts, and the terminal part is represented by general formula (1) (wherein, R<SP>1</SP>is a hydrogen atom, an aliphatic hydrocarbon group, an alicyclic hydrocarbon group, an aromatic hydrocarbon group, a halogen group, an ether group, an ester group, an acyl group, an amino group, a cyano group, a nitro group or a heterocycle group, with the proviso that these groups may have each a substituent and may be same or different; and three hydroxyl groups neighbor to each other).
