PURPOSE: A double-output planetary reduction gear device having oil leakage-preventing structure is provided to supply rotational output having forward or reverse rotation or each different speed and to thoroughly prevent oil leakage. CONSTITUTION: A double-output planetary reduction gear device having oil leakage-preventing structure comprises an input shaft(1) forming a pinion; first, second, and third planetary gear groups(3,4,5) forming layers around the pinion of the input shaft; plural planetary gear shafts(6) passing through the center of the first, second, and third planetary gears and having a ring gear engaging with the first planetary gear group; a housing cover(7a) bearing the planetary gear shafts; a first output shaft(9) covering the pinion of the input shaft and the first, second, and third planetary gear groups and having a ring gear engaging with the third planetary gear group; a second ring gear(8a) having a ring gear engaging with the second planetary gear group and having a flange bolted with a second output shaft(8b); and the second output shaft of a cylinder shape having a hollow shaft and causing a solid shaft of the first shaft to project to the outside of the reduction gear device. The first output shaft of a cylinder shape forms an inner gear on the inner peripheral surface and internally gears with the third planetary gear group. One end of the first output shaft is closed and the other end is projected higher than the oil level of lubricating oil. The solid shaft of the first output shaft is projected from the bottom center of the outer face of the cylinder toward the outside of the reduction gear device. |
