PURPOSE: A rain water filtering apparatus of a confluence sewer system is provided to minimize the contamination of rivers by efficient sewage purification. CONSTITUTION: The rain water filtering apparatus of a confluence sewer system is composed of: a housing(3) provided with a discharge groove(7) and connected to a discharge hole; the first screen(9) placed inside the hollow space of the housing and provided with numbers of filtering holes; a confluent sewer connected to the first screen and passing through the housing; a secondary sewer(21) taking certain amount of sewage from the housing and sending the sewage to a sewage treatment plant; a venturi pipe(23) provided with a large diameter toward the confluent sewer and a small diameter toward the secondary sewer, therefore connecting the confluent sewer and the secondary sewer; a suction pipe(27) in which one end is connected to the small diameter of the venturi pipe and other end is connected to the lower part of the first screen.
