<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sensitive recording medium with a recording part showing outstanding shelf stability over time and high texture blush resistance and also superb light exposure properties. <P>SOLUTION: The heat-sensitive recording medium has a heat-sensitive recording layer containing a leuco dye and a color developer formed on a support. In order to solve the subject issue, 10 to 80 mass% of a 2,2-bis(a 4-hydroxy-3- methylphenyl)propane to a color developer of a hydroxydiphenyl sulfone such as a 4-hydroxy-4'-isopropoxydiphenyl sulfone or a 2,4-dihydroxydiphenyl sulfone, are added to the heat-sensitive recording layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
