<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sustainable moisturizing preparation having highly safe and has very high water content and moisturizing effect sustainability, and to provide a skin care preparation containing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The sustainable moisturizing preparation contains hyaluronic acid 1,800,000-2,200,000 in average molecular weight and/or its salt.
