<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow adjustment to be conformed to a dimension of a paper sheet, and to allow precise sideway pulling. <P>SOLUTION: This pulling device is provided with a spindle for moving the sideway pulling device, and allows the adjustment to be conformed to the dimension of the worked paper sheet. The spindle 28 is engaged with a casing 16 of the pulling device 3.
