PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure mechanical sufficient strengths, rigidity and warpage property as a reinforcing material for flexible printed wiring boards to reduce powder falling from processed cross sections after punching. SOLUTION: A glass nonwoven fabric is used as a base material for a prepreg impregnated with a thermosetting resin for hog pressure molding of the reinforcing material.
