SOLUTION: An object 200 is rotated by using a rotation device 140, and a coating device 110 is moved by a linear movement device 130 in a direction shown by an arrow A to coat the cylindrical object 200 with a coating material 300 supplied by a pump 162 from a coating material reservoir 160.
