PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a size, to reduce the number of part items, to enhance easiness in fitting, and to reduce a cost. SOLUTION: There are provided a heat-exchanger main body 10, a receiver tank 3 and a block flange 4, in the present invention. The flange 4 has a main body 41, an embedded part 42 attached to one side header 11 under an embedded condition, a flow-in passage 4a of which the flow-in side end part is arranged in an upper end of the embedded part 42 to be communicated with a condensing part 2 of the heat-exchanger main body 10, and a flow-out part 4b of which the flow-out side end part is arranged in a side face of the embedded part 42 to be communicated with a super-cooling part 3. A flange-like partitioning piece 50 is integrally formed in an outer circumference of an upper end of the embedded part in the flange 4, and an outer circumferential end edge of the partitioning piece 50 is engaged with an inner circumferential face of the one side header to make the partitioning piece 50 constituted as a partitioning member for partitioning an inside of the header.
