PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely eliminate the harmful material adhered to a chimney when incinerating the waste, and to safely and efficiently disassemble the whole of the chimney. SOLUTION: Descending from a top of the chimney 1 formed of an inner cylinder 3, which is formed by piling fire-resistant bricks, and a concrete outer cylinder 2, a washing device 210 washes the incineration ash adhered to the inner wall surface by injecting the high-pressure water toward the inner wall surface of the inner cylinder 3. A crush jig of a disassembling device 310 is pushed to the inner wall surface to crush joints of the fire-resistant bricks, and scrapes to destroy the piled fire-resistant bricks with the reciprocating pushing operation of the crush jig. A jack provided in the outer cylinder 2 is extended to push the outer cylinder 2 outward to generate a shear fracture in the outer cylinder at positions, to which an end of the pushing member pushes, and the concrete of the outer cylinder is crushed into blocks to disassemble the whole of the outer cylinder 2.
