PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a perfume cologne composition having excellent persistency of fragrance (perfume retention), moisture retaining effect and sense of use. SOLUTION: The perfume composition comprises a glucan which has an internally branched cyclic structural part and an externally branched structural part and 50-5,000 polymerization degree in which the internally branched cyclic structural part is a cyclic structural part composed ofα-1,4-glucoside bond andα-1,6-glucoside bond and the externally branched structural part is a noncyclic structural part bonded to the internally branched cyclic structural part, perfume and water.
