PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning fixture which is attachable and detachable without using an exclusive tool and accurately positions a member to be joined. SOLUTION: The positioning fixture has a cylindrical outer ring 11 formed with tapers diametrally expanded from an axial center to both openings in an inner circumference, a first inner ring having a bolt screw hole 12 in a center and an outer circumferential face formed like a taper diametrally expanding from one end toward another end, and a second inner ring 13 having bolt insertion hole 13a in a center and a circumferential face formed like a taper the same as that of the first inner ring. The first inner ring and the second inner ring are fitted in from both openings of the cylindrical outer ring so that small diameter sides face each other. A fastening bolt 14 to be screwed in the bolt screw hole is inserted from the bolt insertion hole of the second inner ring and it is screwed in the bolt screw hole of the first inner ring.
