FIELD: plastic metal working, possibly shaping spherical chambers in tubular thick-wall semifinished products. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing elongated tubular blank in duct of detachable lower die; applying layer of lubricating fluid on outer surface of tube; filling tube cavity with elastic non-compressible member such as rod having diameter equal to inner diameter of tube; using rod whose volume is equal to volume of made spherical chamber; in opposite end portions of tube placing one or more sealing rings and then introducing two rigid cylindrical stem resting upon said rings. EFFECT: enhanced quality of product due to uniform thickness of wall at shaping sphere, enlarged manufacturing possibilities due to forming string of spherical members in tube. 2 dwg, 1 ex |
