FIELD: production of industrial explosives and charging of holes by them, applicable in open blasting operations at mining of mineral resources on the ground surface. SUBSTANCE: installed on the truck chassis of the mixing-charging or charging machine are the hoppers of the high-explosive components, device for feeding the high explosive to the hole, tank with water, pipe-lines, engine exhaust gas exhaust manifold, ejector consisting of a contraction, neck with a nozzle and a water plate-sprayer and a diffuser located in it, the ejector is coupled to the tank with water, and through a system of gates and a catalytic neutralizer to the engine exhaust gas exhaust manifold, and the pipe-line for steam-gas mixture connected to the diffuser of the ejector through a spark-trap is brought to the device for feeding the high- explosive to the hole. EFFECT: simplified constructions, enhanced safety in service, enhanced efficiency of drilling and blasting operations. 3 dwg
