<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular deceleration control device having no possibility of interfering with operation of a vehicle behavior stabilizing control device for stabilizing behavior of a traveling vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: This vehicular deceleration control device has a travel position selecting operation device (a deceleration setting operation device) 86 for setting deceleration of the vehicle, and a VSC control device 106 for performing control for stabilizing turning behavior of the vehicle, and controls deceleration of the vehicle so as to establish preset deceleration set by the travel position selecting operation device 86. An interference avoiding means 116 is arranged for avoiding interference between a setting change in the deceleration of the vehicle by operation of the travel position selecting operation device 86 and operation of the VSC control device 106 to suitably prevent the deterioration in turning behavior stability of the vehicle caused by the setting change in the deceleration of the vehicle by the operation of the travel position selecting operation device 86. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
