PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilized phloretin glycoside composition stabilized to the hydrolysis with β-glucosidase and effectively increasing the urine glucose level even by oral administration.

SOLUTION: The stabilized phloretin glycoside composition contains a phloretin glycoside expressed by formula (I) (the definitions of R1to R7are described in the specification) or its pharmacologically permissible salt and a glucono-1,5-lactone derivative expressed by formula (II) (the definitions of R8to R11are described in the specification) or its pharmacologically permissible salt.
