PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior part allowing a soft feeling requesting part to be easily formed at a low cost and optimally used for weight reduction and recycling in the interior member for a car having the soft feeling requesting part such as an arm rest. SOLUTION: When a door trim base material 11 is formed in a specified shape by an injection molding or a mold press molding, a hollow part 21 is formed in the door trim base material 11 to manufacture the soft feeling requesting part and abolish the other member.
