PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a compact and inexpensive automatic pan/tilt function in an imaging unit having a zoom/focus motor. SOLUTION: A plurality of spherical supporting parts are formed at the center part of a lens, and the lens is turnably supported by a similar spherical receiving part corresponding to the supporting part, and also its turning around an optical axis is regulated by using a pin and a groove. By selectively supplying the rotational force of the zoom/focus motor to a pan/tilt mechanism formed in a lens barrel part, the pan/tilt function is performed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
