PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device capable of receiving GPS signals even when an on-vehicle adapter or an external antenna is connected thereto. SOLUTION: A control part 200 is provided with the function of selectively controlling an antenna selector switch 220 depending on whether a communication is made through a base station BS or a GPS signal is received from a GPS satellite, whether or not an on-vehicle adapter ADP is connected to a connection part 230, and whether it is a request from a user through a key input part 132. When a GPS signal is received from the GPS satellite and the adapter ADP is connected to the connection part 230, the GPS signal is received through an antenna meeting a request of a user.
